Henrietta Leung

Henrietta Leung is a Senior Law Clerk in the Commercial Real Estate Department at Sun & Partners Professional Corporation. With more than three decades of experience at the firm, she plays a key role in supporting clients and lawyers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Since joining Sun & Partners in 1990, Henrietta has developed extensive expertise in commercial property matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial financing transactions. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and deep understanding of real estate processes contribute to the efficient management and successful completion of complex transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Henrietta worked for 16 years with Hong Kong Telephone, serving as Private Secretary to the Executive Engineer. This experience strengthened her administrative, communication, and project coordination skills, which continue to serve clients and colleagues alike.
