Mandy Cheung is a Senior Law Clerk in the Residential Real Estate Department at Sun & Partners Professional Corporation. With extensive experience in both real estate transactions and financial services, she provides knowledgeable and efficient support to clients throughout the residential property transaction process.

Since joining Sun & Partners in 2002, Mandy has managed a wide range of residential real estate matters, including purchases, sales, title transfers, mortgage financings, refinancings, survivorship applications, and transmission applications. Her attention to detail, practical experience, and commitment to client service help ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Before joining the firm, Mandy held the position of Assistant Vice-President in the Retail Lending Division of Bank of America (Asia) Limited. With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, she developed extensive expertise in mortgage lending, credit administration, and financial services, bringing valuable insight to residential real estate transactions.
